Wei Chieh Lim, Director (Co-Founder)

CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, PCIP

Cybersecurity and technology risk leader with 25+ years of broad experience. Worked on HP’s first A6 printer in the 90s, managed HP Asia Pacific’s internet infrastructure and CIRT, audited 3M companies across Asia Pacific, assisted Protiviti clients with SOX compliance, served as PCI Practice Lead for Asia at Verizon Business, and led KPMG Singapore’s cybersecurity consulting service line. Engaged with companies in more than 25 cities across Asia Pacific, the U.S., Europe and Africa — collecting airline miles, project scars, and memorable examples of security gone sideways along the way.

Herman Stevens, Principal Consultant (Co-Founder)

Loves technology, diving, travelling, photography and Belgian Trappist beers. Took countless radios and TVs apart to study their internals from the age of 5. Never really interested to put them back together. Started programming on a TI58 calculator, followed by a ZX Spectrum and an Amiga. Installed Slackware Linux from 24 floppy disks. First Usenet post on 24/09/1990. Former developer, security consultant and PCI auditor.

Justin Chong, Principal Consultant (Singapore Team Lead)

Justin leads the cybersecurity team, focusing on red teaming, penetration testing, and practical security advisory. The work involves helping organisations identify security weaknesses before attackers do, then turning findings into clear, useful actions. Experience includes security assessments, vulnerability testing, compliance-related work, and consulting across different environments. As team lead, Justin works closely with clients and the internal team to deliver realistic security outcomes. Along the way: late-night testing windows, unexpected findings, stubborn vulnerabilities, and many reminders that security often fails in the small details.

Izdihar Sulaiman, Principal Consultant (Brunei Team Lead)

Cybersecurity practitioner with over a decade of experience straddling offensive security and application development. Built applications for Brunei’s banks, companies and government agencies since 2013, then shifted focus to finding the flaws in software others were shipping. Spent a year as CISO at an Islamic finance institution, navigating central bank regulations and learning how security looks from the defender’s seat. Joined Swarmnetics in Singapore as a Senior Consultant, eventually returning home to lead the Brunei office as Principal Consultant. Co-founder of cyber673, Brunei’s grassroots cybersecurity community, Executive Committee member of the Brunei Cybersecurity Association (BCSA), and an advisor to Brunei4AI on emerging risks in AI adoption.
